Fundraising Assistant

Reporting to:

Fundraising Officer

 

 

 

Position overview:

The Fundraising Assistant will assist in accurately maintaining and updating the fundraising database and associated spreadsheets. The role also supports the Fundraising Officer in general administrative and customer service duties by assisting with any correspondence, including digital platforms, with current and potential donors and responding to customer queries.

Activities and tasks:

Duties will vary depending on the work area. Tasks may include:

  • Administrative support
  • Using various fundraising tools
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with New and potential donors

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respectful of confidential information
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
