Whitetail Woods Regional Park - 6.25 - 8.27: Music in the Park Event Volunteer
General Description
The perfect way to spend a summer evening in our parks. Bring a blanket or chair, sit under the big sky of Whitetail Woods on a beautiful evening and enjoy entertaining musical performances from a variety of performers. Volunteers are needed for item setup and takedown, greeting duties and event assistance. Volunteers will get free swag and food as a special thank you for supporting this event.

Volunteer Shift: 3:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Event Time: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Event Set Up - Help set up our performance pop up tent, set out event signage, parking cones, and more.
- Event Greeters/Ushers - Help greet event attendees, help direct those with mobility support, and other general event assistance.
- Lawn Game Manager - Help monitor various lawn games on our public green space.
- Event Take-down Crew - Help event staff with event take-down.
Minimum Requirements
Must be 16 years old or older to volunteer. Any volunteer under 16 can volunteer with adult supervision.
Minimum Time Commitment
4.5 hours
Activity Level
Medium - May include walking short distances over relatively level terrain. Periods of standing or sitting will be required. Lifting portable tables, chairs, and tents and then taking them down will also be required. Comfortable shoes recommended.
