Details of the role:
Duty and Responsibilities

  • Purpose to assist with the HIV & Hep C Intervention Project Work
  • Assist with planning & preparation of HIV & Hep C Workshops
  • Administrative work – filing photocopying
  • Basic data input of Workshop evaluation
  • Good writing & verbal skills
  • Able to work independently on tasks allocated


  • Basic computer skills,
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fast typing is an asset
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop is an asset)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Chinese is an asset

Minimum requirements for the position (please check if appropriate)

  • Student at tertiary level of with a completed diploma (preferably office administration)



  • Gain knowledge in HIV and Hep C

Commitment: Minimum one shift (4hours) per week, Monday to Friday (Except holidays) 
Preferably on Tuesday or Thursday 9am-1pm or 12-4pm

Other Information:

    • If possible at time can be flexible to coincide with the Workshop
