Front Desk Assistant (Cantonese/Mandarin, Farsi, Korean)

Currently, our Tri-Cities Henderson Office is looking for Front Desk Assistant Volunteers to help with reception duties. Please see below for more details and how to apply:
Work location: 2058 - 1163 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, BC
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk support
- Greeting walk-in clients and visitors
- Answering the phone, directing calls
- Helping clients register for workshops, classes or events
- Promoting programs and services
- Assisting Program Assistants with administrative tasks when needed
Time Commitment and Schedule: 4 hours per week, a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Shifts occur Monday-Friday between 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 5pm
Qualifications Requirements:
- Intermediate Level of English or above
- Ability to speak one of the languages listed in the title
- 19 years or older
- Must be willing to conduct a free criminal record check
Personal Qualities Desired:
- Ability to work in a fast-paces environment
- Friendly, courteous, attentive
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
Orientation and Training Provided:
- General orientation to S.U.C.C.E.S.S
- Specific orientation to the volunteer position
