Church Ministry Positions - Youth - Sunday School Teacher / Substitue Teacher
A Sunday School Teacher has the responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the weekly Sunday School lesson to their particular class. Each teacher should gear their lesson to the understanding and receptivity of their age group. The Sunday School teacher should also take a keen interest in their students and contact them in their absence and for milestone events (birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc). This person should be strong in their faith and walk with the Lord and show integrity and compassion as they lead the youth.
Qualifications Required
- Background Check
- Age Category Must be at least 18 or older
- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 10lbs
- Safe From Harm Training Must be at least Supervisor: Module 5
