2024 Toy Shop Activity - Registration Assistance
Registration Assistance:
Distribution Center is requesting 4-6 volunteers per shift from November 4th through December 4th, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM and then from 12:00 PM until 3:30 PM or until the last person has been registered. These individuals will be doing data entry into TSAMM or other registration program. One of these individuals will be asked to assist at the front door as sort of the “information” person, handing out the initial paperwork and answering any potential questions, etc. They will be responsible for accurate entry of all of the information along with verifying that each client has the necessary paperwork to complete the registration process. These individuals will need to feel comfortable to let a client know that if their child is over the age limit or if they do not have the proper paperwork, that they will not be able to register them on that day.
