Kroc Center programs/classes - Parkinson's Wellness Class Assistant
Where: Kroc Center (1315 Lime Kiln Rd)
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45-12:15. Starting April 29 and ending June 19
Volunteers needed to:
- Assist class instructors with set up and breakdown of classes
- Assist during the hour-long classes to help our participants as needed. Some require assistance getting up and down, a hand for stability or a second person for partner exercises.
- Helping the teacher as required with administrative tasks such as attendance, etc.
- Helping to motivate the class by participating along with attendees, with a bright smile and lots of positivity!
Class Dates:
- 4/29, 5/1, 5/6, 5/8, 5/13, 5/15, 5/20, 5/22, 5/27, 5/29, 6/3, 6/5, 6/10, 6/12, 6/17, 6/19
Qualifications Required
- Age Category Must be at least 16 or older
- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 10lbs
