  • Supervision: Monitor participants to ensure they are using equipment safely and following open gym rules. 
  • Assistance: Help with setup, breakdown, or other tasks as needed. 
  • Communication: Interact with participants, answer questions, and provide support. 
  • Safety: Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Enforcement: Help enforce rules and guidelines to maintain a positive environment. 
  • Cleaning: Assist with cleaning and organizing the gym space, including equipment. 
  • Facilitation: Help organize activities, games, or events within the open gym setting.

  • Background Check
  • Age Category Must be at least 18 or older
  • How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 20lbs
  • Safe From Harm Training Must be at least Basic: Modules 1 - 4
