Responsable de la promotion dans la communauté, Relais pour la vie

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ 

À titre de Responsable de la promotion dans la communauté, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes :

  • Concevoir un plan intégré de promotion, en collaboration avec le Responsable des communications et le Responsable de l’engagement des participants

  • Promouvoir le matériel de marketing du Relais

  • Gérer les bénévoles lors d’activités de promotion et travailler en collaboration avec le Responsable de l’engagement des bénévoles

  • Élaborer et diriger des activités pré-Relais afin de recueillir des fonds pour l’événement

  • Analyser les besoins liés à l’événement ainsi que les possibilités d’événements de collecte de fonds indépendants, en consultation avec les membres du comité

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY 

Relay For Life Community Outreach Lead

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

As the Community Outreach Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Representing and participating in community events (including virtual) to promote and recruit for Relay

  • Building an integrating outreach plan working with the Communications Lead and the Participant Engagement Lead

  • Promoting of Relay marketing materials

  • Managing volunteers for outreach events and working in collaboration with the Volunteer Engagement Lead

  • Developing and leading pre-Relay activities that raise money for the event

  • Consulting with committee members regarding event needs and opportunities for independent fundraising

  • Promoting and managing the luminary sales before and on the day of the event. (Luminaries are candles placed in special bags bearing names reflecting those we have lost, still on their journey and in honour of those that are now cancer free). You will work directly with the registration and finance lead for handling all cash or offline payments of luminaries.
