Silent Auction Setup – Saturday Daytime

 

Number of positions available: 6

 

OVERALL PURPOSE:  

Assist with the set-up of the Silent Auction items in both the main Ballroom and Auction room as required. 

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision 

  • Physically able to move Silent Auction items as required 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Move carefully all auction items into the appropriate silent auction section 

  • Ensure all auction items are properly displayed 

  • Ask Supervisor for any additional tasks, if needed
