Portable Iron Houses Garden Group Shift

Support the maintenance of the garden and its heritage value, noting the significance of the garden within this NTAV site. 

Attend weekly working bees, under the direction of the Leading Hand, carrying out garden maintenance and development tasks. Work co-operatively with other volunteers to keep the garden at the highest standard practicable within the available resources. Experience is not necessary, Some knowledge and enjoyment of routine gardening practices is desirable but not essential.  

2 hours one Thursday a month 10am – 12pm  
Minimum commitment of 4 hours a month, with some flexibility.  

Tasks vary with the seasons 
* Planting, Presentation, Weeding, Pruning, Raking etc.
