Youth Behavioral Health Programs and Safe Streets


Special Events - St. Vincent's Villa Holiday Meal Service

NOTE: This volunteer role requires an application. Background screening applies for individuals who are not part of a group. Volunteers must also be 16+ years of age. Please contact Volunteer Services about the process if you are interested in signing up: volunteercfs@cc-md.org.

 Help with meal service associated with major holiday celebrations: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter. Tasks vary but may include:

  • Set-up / clean-up
  • Decorating
  • Serving food
  • Running a game or craft

Located in Timonium, Maryland (Baltimore County), St. Vincent’s Villa provides comprehensive residential treatment for children, ages 5-14, whose behavioral and emotional needs have not responded to community based interventions and services.

How to Sign-up

If you're not one of our already-screened and trained individual volunteers, there are a few ways to sign-up for Event Support volunteering.

  • As a group: a club, family, sports team, etc. Members must be 16+ years of age to work directly with children. A group leader or liaison should fill out this short form to register to sign up for activities (make sure to tick the box on the form that indicates that you are a group leader).
  • Once-off individual volunteers may use the same short form and sign up for an activity that does not directly involve children or other clients. Individuals under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Individuals who want to work with children or clients and/or volunteer on an ongoing basis should contact Maria Busko, volunteercfs@cc-md.org to check about the appropriate application process.
