Immigration Legal Services - Attorney Roles - Exelon All Hands Day Screening/DACA Renewal Clinic Experienced Immigration Attorney Floating Expert Role

Join ILS and Exelon to participate in Exelon's All Hands Day, where legal staff from the Baltimore office and other national offices convene in one location every year to provide a pro bono service.  This year, Exelon legal staff will meet with individuals and use a comprehensive screening tool to provide each person with guidance on how they can proceed with any potential immigration relief, particularly in light of the current immigration legal climate. Floating immigration experts are needed to assist the Exelon volunteer in providing the appropriate legal advice and referral and answer questions.  Separately, Exelon volunteers will be supervised by ILS staff in completing DACA Renewal applications for previously-screened eligible clients.

Prior experience with immigration law and screening for a variety of forms of relief required.  Breakfast and lunch generously provided by Exelon. No foreign language ability required. Training provided on-site.

PLEASE NOTE the location of this volunteer activity: Humanim American Brewery Building, 1701 N. Gay Street, Baltimore, MD 21213.  Free parking available on-site.
