Ongoing - Administrative & Operations Support - Administrative Support

Volunteers support programs by providing a consistent administrative presence. They help evaluate our programs, keep processes moving forward, or offer a hospitable reception. Roles may include: data entry, research, answering telephones, conducting surveys, analyzing trends, assembling supplies.

Administrative volunteers add value to every one of our programs across the state.

Villa Maria School - 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Office assistance in a special education environment, including answering phones, filing, making up charts and discharging charts. Weekdays between 9-2:30. Fridays preferred, but any day welcome.

Health Services at St. Vincent's Villa - 2600 Pot Spring Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Office assistance in a health care setting. Tasks depend on skills.
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays preferred.

Center for Family Services - 2601 N Howard Street. #200, Baltimore, MD 21218

Front desk receptionist answers the phone and the door in an office setting. Additional tasks depend on skill.
Shifts are 9:00-Noon, Noon-2:00, or 2:00-4:30 PM on weekdays.

Data Entry for the International Adoptions Program. Fridays preferred.

Qualifications Required

  • Tuberculosis risk screening Must be at least Health questionnaire clear
  • Verified Volunteers criminal background check Must be Clear
