Administrative & Operations Support - Administrative Support

NOTE: This volunteer role requires an application and background screening. Please contact Volunteer Services about the process if you are interested in signing up: volunteercfs@cc-md.org.

Volunteers support programs by providing a consistent administrative presence. They keep processes moving forward, help evaluate our programs, or offer a hospitable reception. Roles may include: data entry, research, answering telephones, conducting surveys, analyzing trends, assembling supplies.

Administrative volunteers add value to every one of our programs across the state.

Volunteer Services - 2600 Pot Spring Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Screening assistance in an HR-like setting. Tasks include processing references, keeping accurate volunteer records, or assembling periodic reports. Volunteers are needed for at least 2 hours, once a week.

Villa Maria School - 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Office assistance in a special education environment, including making copies, assembling enrollment packets, data entry. Weekdays between 9-2:30. 

Health Services at St. Vincent's Villa - 2600 Pot Spring Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Office assistance in a health care setting. Tasks depend on skills.
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays preferred.

 

Qualifications Required

  • Interview Must be Complete
  • Tuberculosis risk screening Must be at least Questionnaire cleared by Director of Nursing
  • Sterling Volunteers Criminal Background Check Must be at least Clear
  • Pre-Service Training (2 hr. training) Must be at least Mini-Orientation
