Halloween: DARK - 2025 Admissions Support
Admissions marks the first experience guests have on our site, and our opportunity to start their night right:
The Admissions Crew are critical members of the frontline team: working alongside staff you'll provide an overview of the event to guests, set the tone for safe conduct, and help keep people moving through the line towards the fun.
You'll help ensure a safe and efficient entrance, support wrist-banding and have a critical role in supporting retail.
This is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you, if you:
- enjoy a social atmosphere and working as part of a team
- have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- are a confident communicator
- are comfortable walking, and standing for moderate periods of time
- enjoy being outdoors; in rain, shine (or snow)
- ONLY ADULTS (aged 18 years and older) are able to volunteer at DARK 2025
- NEW VOLUNTEERS must be available for the DARK Orientation on either Wednesday, September 17 OR Saturday, September 20
- have knowledge of Special Events at City facilities
- love Halloween or general spookiness!
Since DARK 2025 runs for thirteen nights between October 3 - November 1, please sign up for as many dates as you wish! We recommend at least three evenings, to get to know the team, hit your stride, and have a sufficient amount of fun.
Qualifications Required
- Site Safety Orientation Must be at least Completed
- Age Requirement Must be 18 years or older
- Attend a New Volunteer Orientation Session Must be Attended
