Fremont In-Person Volunteer Opportunities for Adults - Food Distribution Volunteer
Have fun and help your community!
Volunteers are needed to set up/take down tables, unload fresh fruit and vegetables from the Food Pantry van, and distribute the food to community members.
Join us for this volunteer activity every 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month from 10:45-12:30.
Strength is required for this assignment that involves heavy lifting, setting up furniture and standing for long periods. Should be able to lift 50lbs.
Mobile food distribution is a joint project between Fremont Main Library and the TCV Mobile Food Pantry.
