Castro Valley In Person Adult Volunteer Opportunities - ESL Conversation Group
The Castro Valley Library is seeking adult volunteers to lead a conversation group for adult English language learners.
The goal of the conversation group is to provide advanced beginner and intermediate Adult English speakers with a friendly, welcoming group to discuss everyday topics and build conversation skills.
Volunteers must be available on Sunday afternoons and must be Native English speakers or long-time English speakers.
The volunteers will be trained by library staff to facilitate the conversation group. The Library staff will assist with preparing for each discussion by providing ideas and materials.
This is a great opportunity to meet people from around the world, to engage in cultural exchange, and to help members of our community reach their goals. A truly life-enriching experience!
