Park and Recreation

Purpose: To offer an array of compelling classes targeting multiple skill levels and featuring competent, knowledgeable instruction that merges information and recreation in a fun and fascinating way.

Duties: Whether your area of expertise is arts and crafts, dance, fitness, sports or any other special talent, you’ll serve as our subject-matter expert, planning and executing your curriculum, monitoring/tracking participants’ progress, and being on time and committed for the duration of your program.

Time Frame: Varies.

Qualifications: This position requires a background screen. Click here to view our criteria for exclusion. Additional requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of six months’ teaching experience, plus all necessary certifications for your class must be completed during the first six months of your volunteer tenure.
