Programmatic - Bilingual Job Search Coach

Support job seekers in writing/updating their resumes. Teach them how to find job opportunities online and how to apply for them.

Responsibilities:
Use your expertise in career development and online job searches to provide one-to-one assistance to help job seekers to:
Create/update their resumes
Search for jobs online
Showcase their individual skills and talents for prospective employers
Fill out online applications and attaching their resumes

Qualifications:
Age 21 or older
Understanding of online job search procedures and resume practices
Excellent oral communication and written skills in both English and Spanish
Good person-to-person skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet and email
Fingerprint clearance required

Commitment:
Six month commitment
Available at regularly scheduled times, for 2 hours a week - specific times will be determined with library staff
