Programmatic - Program Instructor

Do you do Tai Chi? Watercolor? Robotics? Or maybe you want to start a mahjong club? There are so many possibilities, and we'd love to host a program with you.
How You Will Make a Difference
Seven Trees Branch Library is looking for teen and adult volunteers who want to share their skills and interests with the community. We are looking for volunteers who can commit a couple hours a week to share their passion! Please provide a brief description of your program idea in the Hobbies & Skills section when applying.
Volunteers are needed to:
- Host programs for the library community, specifically for children and teens
- Develop and implement program curriculum
- Support existing programs

Commitment/Schedule
Willingness to volunteer at least once a month for a 6-month duration. Schedule is dependent on the availability of the volunteer.
Prospective volunteers should:
- Be age 15 or over
- Ages 18 and over must complete a fingerprint background check (at no cost to you)
- Be comfortable engaging with youth and families
- Be dependable, punctual, and responsible
