Programmatic - Event Helper - Program Assistant

Educational Park Branch Library is seeking volunteers for Program and Event setup, assistance, and clean-up. Teens and Adults welcome. Volunteers will:

  • Assist with instruction and facilitating program with the guidance of the program lead
  • Assist with program setup and breakdown

Commitment:

  • As needed. Opportunities will be scheduled on Better Impact.

 

Events:
WEE Explore the North Pole
Date: Saturday, December 14, 2024 
Time Commitment: 10:00AM – 1:00PM [3hrs]
Duties:
10:00a-10:30a: Setup/training
10:30a-12:30p: Event: Snow play supervisor/sweeper, photographer for Santa, photographer for cutouts, craft helper, reading to children, etc. [Breaks and swap outs as needed]
12:30p-1:00p: Cleanup
 

 

Qualifications Required

  • Age Must be at least 13+
