COVID-19 Vaccination Verification:

The City of San Jose has instated a COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster mandate for all City workers that requires them verify if they are "up to date" with COVID-19 Vaccinations. "Up-to-date" means that an employee is not only "fully vaccinated," but has also obtained a booster dose of a COVID-19 vaccination for which they are eligible, within 15 days of first becoming eligible. Employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 are eligible for a booster after symptoms resolve or after quarantine period, if asymptomatic.
