Programmatic - LEGO® Club Coordinator

Position Overview:.

 

  • Foster creativity in children and enhance the image of the library as a fun and welcoming place by leading the Santa Teresa Public Library LEGO® Fun Club

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the weekly meetings.
  • Setup and Clean Up the LEGOs each week.

Training/Support Available:

 

 

  • Assistance from a staff  liaison to develop the club
  • Training and support from staff about the library, programs & services
  • Library materials and resources
  • Library supplies the LEGO® Bricks

Qualifications:

 

  • Age 18 or older
  • Experience working with young children of all ages; reliable, creative, and flexible.
  • High degree of initiative
  • Fingerprint clearance required

Commitment:

  • 6-month commitment of one hour per week

  • Age Must be at least 18+
