Programmatic - Learning Circle Facilitator for Basic Computer Skills
Are you interested in leading a learning circle? Learning circles are free, interest-driven study groups. Every learning circle has a facilitator. The facilitator does not have to be an expert in the subject, so with a little practice and training, anybody can facilitate.
The Biblioteca Latinoamericana Branch Library is currently seeking a facilitator to lead a Basic Computer Skills Learning Circle. This course offers a variety of sections which covers different basic computer skills. In this course, each numbered section covers related computer skills divided into Learning Activities and concluded with a test.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about helping adults learn, collaborate, and together gain basic computer knowledge and team-building skills. The candidate must also be available meet with participants once a week (2 hours per week) for a total of 9 lessons.
Qualifications Required
- Age Must be at least 21+
- Oral communication and written skills in English Must be at least High
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, internet, and email Must be Yes
