Library Events & Programs - Don't Bug Me, I'm Reading: KIDZ Art - Bright and Buggy Suncatcher

We would love YOU to volunteer at this summer program for kids!

As a supplement to our Summer Reading Program, Douglas County Libraries is hosting "Don't Bug me, I'm Reading: KIDZ Art - Bright and Buggy Suncatcher". Attendees will create a suncatcher craft.

Energetic and outgoing volunteers will help set up, assist with activities if needed, and put the room back in order at the end. No advance training is necessary. Library staff will show you how to help and will be present for ongoing support.

First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email YOUR NAME HERE to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
