Library Events & Programs - Don't Bug Me, I'm Reading: Concert on the Lawn
We would love YOU to volunteer at this summer program!
As a supplement to our Summer Reading Program, Douglas County Libraries is hosting "Don't Bug me, I'm Reading: Concert on the Lawn".
Energetic and outgoing volunteers will help set up, assist with craft/activities, outdoor games, hand out snacks and manning the front door for bathroom breaks. No advance training is necessary. Library staff will show you how to help and will be present for ongoing support.
First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Sonia Bates to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
Qualifications Required
- What is your age range? Must be at least 14 years or older
