Is Science a passion of yours? This may be right up your alley!  

Slick Science is an exciting library program for ages 8-12 to participate in STEAM activities and hands-on experiments. Outgoing volunteers are needed to help set up, as well as to guide the kids throughout the program.

This opportunity is best for adults and/or mature teens. Staff will show you how to help and will be available during your shift for support.

If this is your first time volunteering at Douglas County Libraries, please e-mail Tracy Martinez at tmartinez@dclibraries.org to schedule a 15-20 minute new volunteer orientation.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
