Library Events & Programs - Battle of the Books Helper
It's Battle of the Books competition time! We need outgoing volunteers to help us set up / tear down the room for the events (chairs, etc…), hand out materials during the competitions, hang signs, count attendees and monitor the door to allow teams access at their scheduled times. It's a lot of fun and we'd love to have your help! Volunteers are welcome to do school work or read during the battles after attendees have been counted.
Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for multiple shifts.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
Qualifications Required
- What is your age range? Must be at least 14 years or older
