"I want to be a Spanish storyteller at Club de Cuentos / Quiero ser cuentista en español en el Club de Cuentos."

We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to help provide a monthly bilingual story time. English fluency is not required.

The Spanish storyteller volunteer will:

-Assist a librarian with a bilingual Spanish/English story time at Club de Cuentos, a bilingual picture book club for grades 1-3.
-Take turns with the librarian by reading pages of a picture book in Spanish while the librarian will read pages in English.
-Share your love of stories by reading slowly and with enthusiasm. Some attendees are new to the Spanish language.
-Help set up the room
-Help with an activity or game that is primarily conducted in English.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
