Library Events & Programs - Great Decisions - World Affairs Lecture and Discussion
Love learning about and discussing current world affairs? So do we, and we'd love your help at this special event!
Join us for all or part of the series of events. Explore world affairs through a selected presentation, readings and discussion. Topics vary. Volunteers will help with set up, as needed during the event, and clean up.
No advance training is necessary. Library staff members will show you how to help and will be present for ongoing support.
First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries?
Please email Kim McClintock to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.
IMPORTANT: You must apply to be a library volunteer and once accepted, log back into your volunteer profile to sign up for shifts.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
