Spread Holiday Cheer at Jingle Jam!

Get into the festive spirit and help us make Jingle Jam at Castle Pines a spectacular musical success! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support this magical holiday event for our community.

Volunteers are the key to bringing the rhythm to our Jingle Jam! Your primary role will be assisting staff with the smooth flow of the event, ensuring every participant has a great experience. Tasks include:

  • Musical Manipulatives: Handing out festive instruments like shaky eggs, bells, and creative take and makes.

  • Volunteers will help setup the event space to look festive and organized before guests arrive and pack up and clean the area once the event concludes.

Staff will be onsite to train and assist volunteers. Volunteers are encouraged to wear festive family friendly attire, wear comfy shoes, and bring a water bottle.

First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Tracy Martinez to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
