Roxborough Library

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers who love working with preschoolers. Volunteers will be assisting our Staff Storyteller with crowd control, setup and break down, handing out and gathering manipulatives, counting attendees, and helping with special activities that require extra hands. 

This opportunity is offsite at Chatfield Farms Park, 8563 Liverpool Circle, Roxborough, CO. 80125 .  Volunteers will meet staff at the park.

Outdoor Storytime runs every other Monday at this location on June 9th, June 23rd, July 7th, and July 21st 

Please dress for the weather! Wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle.

First time volunteering for Douglas County Libraries? Please email Tracy Martinez to schedule a required new volunteer orientation before your first shift.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 days in advance to allow us time to find another volunteer to fill this important spot.
