Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve & Visitor's Center

Docents - Interpretive Docent

Interpretive Docents are volunteers sharing information by leading programs on trails, in classrooms and at special events. Interpretive programs are intended to share the unique natural and cultural history stories of the Santa Rosa Plateau in order to create awareness, appreciation and conservation of the unique local resources. Interpretive docents participate in an apprenticeship that provides the knowledge and tools they need to feel comfortable and confident conducting programs themselves.
