Current Opportunities - Reception and Administration Team Members - Grovedale

 

Working with our pro-active Emergency Relief team your role would include answering the phone, greeting clients, making appointments and additional office duties as required including accurate data entry.

Whilst working in a team environment (consisting of two (2) or more people) your role will also include helping to maintain overall property and building maintenance for our organisation.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills to access client data base.
  • A professional approach, friendly and non-judgmental.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
