Administration Assistant    

Are you looking for an opportunity to build up your CV while helping pets? Blue Cross is looking for an individual with good organisational skills and an eye for detail to help our busy centre run as smoothly as possible. Your contribution will help us to help more pets in need whilst keeping your skills and experience up to date in an office environment.


What you will be doing:

  • Administration tasks such as typing, photocopying, printing and collating materials, filling envelopes and producing postal packs
  • Responding to telephone, email and letter enquiries
  • Going through records, analysing and coordinating information
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • General help at the centre/hospital

What we are looking for:

  • Organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • A confidential approach
  • Computer literate
  • Regular commitment and reliability
  • Experience of an office environment
  • Ability to work in a team or alone
  • Willingness to learn and follow Blue Cross procedures
