Are you looking for an opportunity to help pets but do not live close to one of our centres? Would you like to rehome cats with Blue Cross from your own home?

 

What you will be doing:

  • Caring for pets in your own home in a spare room
  • Promoting cats for rehoming through the Blue Cross website
  • Using Blue Cross procedures to match cats to new homes
  • Liaising with scheme coordinator, local vets and Blue Cross National Rehoming Network team
  • Keeping accurate records

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of handling and caring for cats
  • Spare room in the home, separate from any pets
  • Access to a computer and transport
  • A good communicator
  • Willing to follow Blue Cross procedures
  • Competent, flexible and self motivated
  • Minimum age 18 years

This role is available in:  Leatherhead, Cobham and Epsom (Surrey)

 

Qualifications Required

  • Age group Must be at least 18 and older
  • Induction training Must be at least Completed
