- Screening and assessment to determine needs of veterans in the transitional housing program as well as look at the barriers to employment and housing
- Becoming proficient with The Salvation Army's Social Services intake process
- Assisting clients with alternate resources for assistance when the Salvation Army is
- unable to help
- Facilitating life skills groups
- Assisting Case Manager with client needs in the transitional housing program
- Assisting Program Director with special projects
- Clerical support
- Gaining skills to work in a team setting
