Corps Outreach Leader (COL)

Ministry Description:

The Outreach Leader will be responsible to plan and implement methods for reaching people in the local community who are unchurched or inactive in church life. The COL will find ways to bridge with non-Christians, helping them to find spiritual comfort, fellowship and purpose. Where possible, this leader will use all the resources available to offer creative and meaningful methods of reaching the individuals of the community in a holistic manner. They will coordinate program and plans with CO(s).
