General Volunteer Interest - Donation Sorting
The Salvation Army of Southern Illinois Social Services Office needs help sorting and organizing a large donation of new clothing and shoes in preparation for several events this spring and summer. Volunteers are welcome to work on this project anytime our social services office is open, once you have been trained on the project. So it is a great opportunity to fit into a busy schedule.
Please note: this is a separate opportunity from sorting donations in our Thrift Store.
Qualifications Required
- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 10 lbs
- Which age category do you belong? Must be at least 16 or older
