Welcome Sergeant

Ministry Description:

The Welcome Sergeant will greet all visitors and guests to our corps in a casual and friendly manner before and after each service; keep a supply of our welcome packets available and ready for distribution; and keep track of visitors. The Welcome Sergeant should work closely with the Visitation Coordinator to make sure that followed up occurs for all visitors with a visit, a phone call and a note. The Welcome Sergeant should also recruit, train and schedule a team of greeters to assist in conveying our welcoming spirit to all who enter our doors. This Welcome Sergeant will also be the Recorder of attendance and events.
