Kitchen Supervisor

 

Ministry Description:

The Kitchen Supervisor has the responsibility of monitoring the condition and appearance of the corps kitchen, its equipment and facilities. The Kitchen Supervisor should give oversight and guidance in all kitchen projects, meals, feeding programs, Advisory Board meals, etc. The Kitchen Supervisor will maintain a current inventory of food stuffs, linens, table decorations, dishes, flatware as well as disposable dishes and flatware for the corps, requesting necessary products in a timely manner. The KS should be able to work with others in organizing both the facilities and the volunteers.
