Education:  BSW/MSW

Aptitude:  Demonstrated interest in programs responding to crisis and trauma, social services

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the Anti-trafficking Coordinator at the AHT Drop-in Center
2. Data research for grant writing purposes and best practices.
3. Assist with client needs.

1. Participate in ongoing training programs, conferences, webinars, workshops, and regional forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s Student from an accredited school of Social Work or in a related human services field.
• Interest in programs for social services. (An interest in anti-human trafficking programs is a plus)
• Must demonstrate knowledge of current trends in social work and articulate a perspective on social services consistent with the mission statement of The Salvation Army.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and perform well under time restrictions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a plus.
• Must pass a background check.
