Food Pantry - Food Pantry Worker
The Salvation Army of Kirksville needs the assistance of volunteers to help in our Food Pantry.
A Food Pantry worker is one who volunteers to help the Corps stock its shelves with food and escorting clients through the pantry. Duties may include shopping, loading and unloading, stacking food in boxes or on shelves. The Food Pantry Worker may also be asked to help in preparing food baskets to those in need. They may also be asked to help talk casually or pray with clients.
Qualifications:
Good Physical Condition, ability to lift canned goods
A servant heart
A passion to help where needed
Training Required:
Safe from Harm (provided by TSA)
Attend orientation with Officer or designated staff member
