KGPB Litter Survey
Keep Grand Prairie Beautiful is looking for volunteers to help assess litter in Grand Prairie by completing the Keep America Beautiful Litter Index Survey.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 6th.
We will meet at the Grand Prairie Landfill Conference Room which is located at 1102 MacArthur Blvd. We will complete training and then ride on a city bus to complete the survey. The survey entails visually inspecting approximately 60 streets, from the comfort of the air-conditioned bus, for litter and then recording the results. The Litter Index is an annual requirement for Keep America Beautiful affiliates.
Volunteers will receive training and lunch during the survey.
