📄 CURRENTLY RECRUITING - Pastoral Care (Queensland)

This volunteer opportunity will help to provide Pastoral Care to the people we serve by encompassing the rich traditions of compassionate care and being alongside people, that has been built on the example of Jesus for over 2000 years.

Pastoral Care centers on spiritual well-being, embracing healing, guidance, active listening, reconciliation, compassionate support, nurturing, and sustaining individuals within their faith-specific context. Volunteers extend Pastoral Care to elderly and frail aged residents, their families, and caregivers, including those facing dementia.

As a volunteer, you'll work under the guidance, training, and ongoing mentorship of a BlueCare Chaplain, contributing to a friendly, supportive, and professional Pastoral Care Team. Your role involves assisting individuals in discovering meaning, purpose, and connectedness through a faith-specific framework.
