Our aged care facility is home to residents who appreciate the calming and uplifting effects of a well-kept garden.  As a Garden Guru, your work will bring joy and cheerfulness to the community by transforming our gardens into beautiful and peaceful areas, allowing residents to experience the positive effects of nature and a colorful environment.

 

Your contribution helps ensure our staff can focus on resident care, while you share the joy of gardening with our community.

 

📍Location:  BlueCare, Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care, 43 Windsor Circle Kingaroy QLD 4610 

 

👉🏼 About Us: Great team to work with. Beautiful gardens and lawns to assist with manicuring. 

 

What you’ll be doing:
▪️ Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and other greenery in communal garden areas
▪️ Watering, pruning, and caring for plants to ensure the garden remains vibrant
▪️ Assisting with outdoor beautification projects like weeding, mulching, and tidying up
▪️ Engaging residents in light gardening activities, encouraging social interaction
▪️ Creating pleasant outdoor spaces where residents can relax and enjoy nature

▪️ Willingness to help with a range of gardening tasks
▪️ Good physical fitness and mobility
