2024-25 Class Party Sign Ups - 3rd Grade Class Party - Hall

- Winter Party - December 20, 2024
- Friendship Party - February 14, 2025
Volunteers may arrive to the class at 1:45pm, party will take place from 2-2:45pm. Volunteers will organize crafts, games and/or activities for students to enjoy with their classmates. (Please ensure that class party activities are inclusive and not specific to a particular holiday.)
All Westwood students will enjoy a Nutrition Services approved snack, generously provided by Westwood PTO.
Interested volunteers can sign up to express their interest in attending the party. Five volunteers on the sign up list will be randomly drawn and assigned to the class party.
**After volunteers are assigned, contact information will be shared with the homeroom parent(s) for planning purposes. Once a volunteer has been assigned to a class party, the volunteer opportunity will appear on the Schedule tab of their Better Impact Portal.
REMINDER: A visitor badge is required to enter the school building. Volunteers are responsible for ensuring their photo ID is on file, or acknowledge that they will need to wait in line to have a badge printed before entering the school. (Please be prepared to also show your photo ID on the day of the party.)
