Step 2 :  Click on "Fill in application" to the right of this page and  register your details by clicking "submit application"

Step 3:  And finally -  scroll down to list of collection site time-slots and assign yourself to your selected time-slot by clicking the "+Sign up" button

If you have given us details of your friend/family member we will assign them to this time-slot for you.  We will contact you if there are any changes to your preferred option and to confirm final details closer to the appeal.
