Basketball: Preschool Volunteer: Basketball: Preschool
Minimum age for this position is 14 years old 

Key Duties: 

• Greet and welcome participants to the program
• Assist with activities
• Set-up and take-down, with the help of the instructor
• Collect additional supplies needed by instructor
• Report any safety issues to direct supervisor
• Assist with supervision of participants, ensuring their safety at all times
• Provide all participants with an educational and positive experience

Dates and times: 

Weekly: Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Sept 26 - Dec 19, 2025

Please note to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be available for the majority of the shifts/weeks listed. If you are not able to attend at least 75% of the session, please pick another activity that you are able to do so, or select an event instead of a multi-week program.

Note: if you sign up after the first week of the season, you should still be able to make the majority of the remaining shifts

Requirements (you will not be assigned to the volunteer job without the following):

• General Online Orientation Workshop (quiz) & AODA training (quiz)
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Interview – Program & Event Assistant or higher
